My Work in Progress: A Journal for Self-Discovery and Creative Expression is an interactive journal for ages 13 years and older. Teens will love letting their imaginations run wild as they journey through this pretty and engaging journal that will kickstart their creativity. Some writing, art, meditation, and interactive prompts include: creating an abstract art image; making a page of 5 positive things you like about yourself; go outside and choose one object (like a tree or blade of grass) and then write about it as much as you could. A great way for teens to practice mindfulness while expressing their creativity.
